To apply the guarantee, the difference must be between identical only-hotel bookings. In other words, same hotel, same room type, same board, same dates, same number of guests, same currency, same rate restrictions for the whole stay, rates, taxes, handling charges and other derived costs that other websites apply to the booking.
This difference must be notified within 24h of the booking made on www.monteros.com.
What to do if you find the same booking but cheaper?
Let us know via e-mail within 24 hours of your booking at www.monteros.com
In this time frame, send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund of “best online price guaranteed” by sending us the following information:
Voucher of booking made on monteros.com. Re-send us your original booking in your e-mail and, if you do not have this voucher, please indicate your booking.
Name of the website where you found the same booking but cheaper together with a screen shot where you visualised the cheaper rate. The time and date of when it was taken must appear in this screen shot.
Your contact details: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone and contact hours. At Los Monteros Hotel & Spa we will revise the details and reply via e-mail within 48 working hours. Once we accept your request, we will proceed to adjusting the total cost of the booking within 72 working hours. In the event that this adjusting requires a refund to your credit card, you will be able to see it in your bank statement according to the liquidation periods of your card, which will depend on your bank.
Additional terms and conditions
The guarantee of “best online price guaranteed” does not apply if:
- 1. The requests are presented 24 hours after having made the original booking on www.monteros.com.
- 2. A confirmed booking has not been made on www.monteros.com.
- 3. There are errors in the loading or publication of the other website’s prices.
- 4. The cheapest rate found is result of the application of unpublished or confidential rates that require a user and password to see the indicated rate, or made with a discount code or voucher; such as corporate rates with discount, rates for companies, group rates, rates for events or meetings, any kind of ticket book, etc.
