The Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality.
The Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality (ICTE) is a Quality System Certification Entity created especially for tourist companies and made up by Spain’s most important tourist associations: SET, CCAA and FEMP.
It is a private and independent Spanish non-profit agency with national recognition in charge of certifying, administering and guaranteeing the correct use of the “Q” brand.
