What is the entrance (Check-in) and exit (Check-out) schedule of the rooms?
Check-ins are from 16:00 hours, and check-outs are up to 12:00 hours. If when you arrive, you need your room and it is prepared, you can check-in without having to wait up to 16:00 hours. Should you need to leave the room later than 12:00 hours, you are able to consult reception and depending on the time that you require to leave and how occupied the hotel is, we will be able to confirm this later check-out service for free or with a small additional fee.
Can the hotel reserve a Green Fee for me on any golf course?
We have a specialized department for golf that will take care of any of your requests related to this sport. You can reserve a green fee in any of the 20+ golf courses throughout the “Costa del Sol” with whom we have an affiliate relationship.

Which activities does the hotel offer for the children?
The hotel offers its clients a children’s club with activities for children from 3 to 14 years of age. Such activities are available when the youngest children have holidays. It is a service that the hotel offers free of charge for only the children staying at the hotel.
Do I have towels for the swimming pool or Beach Club “La Cabane”?
The staff in charge of the sun loungers at the swimming pool will provide the necessary towels for you to enjoy the hotel pool. Regarding the “La Cabane”, the Beach Club staff will provide the towel service. We would like to remind you that our clients have very important discounts on the sun loungers and the VIP beds at “La Cabane” Beach Club.
Does the price of the room include breakfast?
Breakfast is always included in the room rate unless you have reserved a special rate, which only includes accommodation. You will enjoy the spectacular champagne breakfast in the Flamingo restaurant, or you can take it to your room if you wish for an additional supplement of 3€ per person and service.
Is there a parking facility available to keep my vehicle safe?
You can leave your vehicle free of charge at our private parking beside the hotel.
Is there a WiFi connection in the hotel?
We offer a free WiFi internet connection in the communal areas and in all rooms (the speed of the service may vary and is based on the number of clients who are simultaneously using the service).

Is it necessary to give credit card information in order to make the reservation?
To make your booking, the system requires a credit card number and an expiry date to guarantee your reservation. In the case that you do not want to give your credit card details, your reservation will be on a waiting list. Remember that your card will not be charged except for breach of the cancellation policy or if your room reservation has a non-reimbursable rate.
When do I pay for the stay?
You do not have to pay anything until you arrive at the hotel. If you prefer to make the payment in advance for your reservation, ask our reservations department for the account number and send us confirmation of the bank transfer to this fax number +34 952 82 58.
What is the cancellation policy for early check-out and “No show”?
Our cancellation policy for early check-outs and “No shows” is:
- We only take note of your credit card to guarantee your reservation; the payment will be made at the arrival of the hotel (*).
- You may cancel up to 24 hours before your arrival free of charge, except during these periods – 22/03/2013-11/07/2013 and 01/09/2013-02/11/2013, when you may cancel up to 48 hours prior to your arrival. During 12/07/2013 to the 31/08/2013, cancellation is acceptable and free of charge for up to 4 days prior to your arrival. A one-night stay will be charged, following those periods.
- In the case of a “No show”, the first night of stay will be charged, if the reservations are for 1 or 2 nights. In the instance of reservations for 3 or more nights, you will only be charged 50%.
- In the case of an “early check-out”, you will be charged for the same night you leave.
- The nutritional supplements and the extra services which are contracted through the website are NON REIMBURSABLE once the client CHECKS-IN.
(*) Except non-reimbursable rates in which the charge will be made at the moment of the reservation.
Do you provide baby cots?
The cots (under request) are free for children from 0 to 2 years of age. 1 cot is allowed in all the types of rooms except in the junior suite rooms where you may have 2 cots.
Can you supply extra beds in the rooms?
The extra beds are always (under request) and have an additional depends on season. Consult the reservations department on the possibility of adding extra beds in the rooms. Reception will request a document or passport on your arrival to the hotel.
