How many restaurants are there in the hotel?

What are the check in and check out time?
The check in must be done after 16:00 pm, and check out before 12:00 h. There is no need to wait till 16:00 pm if the room is ready at your arrival. If you need to leave the room after 12:00 pm, please contact our Reservations Department. This could be an extra charge depending on the time requested and the occupancy of the hotel.

Can you book a green fee at any golf course?
Hotel Los Monteros 5* GL has got a Golf Department who will answer any of your requests. You can choose among more than 30 Golf Courses in the are with special agreements. What activities does the hotel offer for children?
The hotel offers its guests a children’s club in the Easter holiday and during the months of July and August. All children aged between 3 and 12 years of age can go. “This is a free service for the children staying in the Hotel”.

Do I have towels to go to the pool or beach?
Yes, the person in charge of the hammocks will provide the necessary towels for the swimming pool and the Beach Club. In the Beach Club “La Cabane”, the hammock costs an additional 15,00 € each for hotel guests and the towel service is included in the price.

Is the Breakfast included in the price of the room?
Breakfast at the hotel is always included in the price of the room. Enjoy a wonderful Breakfast buffet. Enjoy your breakfast in your room for a supplement of 3 € per person per service.

Does the hotel have private parking?
Your car will also be able to rest in our exterior private parking, free of charge.

Do you have Wi-fi in the hotel or you can connect in a hotel room?
We have free WIFI internet access in common areas of the hotel.

Can the hotel arrange excursions for me?
Yes! Ask at Concierge excursions and activities that we offer.

Is it necessary to give details of the credit card to book?
Yes, it is required a credit card number and expiry date to guarantee your reservation. No charge will be done unless required by the rate conditions or in case of No Show or non compliance with the cancellation policy.

When do I pay for my stay?
Direct payment upon check in. Should you wish to prepay your stay by bank transfer, just ask for bank account details and send us the transfer bank copy to our fax number +34 952 82 58 46.

What is the cancellation policy?
The Cancellation, “no show” and Early Check Out Policy is:
- The credit card is just used as a guarantee, the reservation will be paid on arrival at hotel (*).
- 24 hours before the arrival date, no fee will be charged, except from the 01/01/2013-21/03/2013 & 03/11/2013-31/122013 cancellation must be 48 hours. During 12/07/2013-31/08/2013, 4 days before arrival date no fee will be charged. For cancellations not made within these periods, 1 night stay will be charged.
- In case of No Show, first night will be charged.
- Early check out: 100% of the first cancelled night will be charged.
(*) Except Non Refundables Rates. Payment is due at time of booking.

Do you have Baby Cots?
Baby Cots (on request) are free from 0-2 year old child. A Baby Cot is permitted in all room types.

Can you put an extra bed in the room?
Extra beds (on request) have a cost of 24 € (VAT included) for children up to 12 years old. Extra bed from 12 years old will cost 48 € (VAT included) with breakfast included. Only one extra bed is allowed in any room type or suite. Please consult the Reservations Department on the possibility of 2 extra beds for 2 children.
