El Corzo Restaurant
“El Corzo” Restaurant is a gastronomic benchmark in Marbella and the “Costa del Sol” since 1963, offering its clients high quality and service with every dish. “El Corzo” was also the first restaurant located inside a hotel in Spain, to receive the Michelin star.
This iconic restaurant features traditional Mediterranean cuisine while being innovative at the same time. Everything is carefully prepared from the selection of products to the development and preparation of your dishes. The restaurant offers a capacity for about 100 diners, making a perfect size for a corporate lunch, family reunion and other events. In addition, the restaurant offers its clients live music on certain occasions.
As for its gourmet cuisine, it is important to mention that “El Corzo” offers its clients the chance to taste their seasonal menus which are renewed every 3 months, incorporating the most featured products of each season in the year such as mushrooms, game meat or fish from the local area.
It should be noted that the restaurant has an extensive wine list with over 100 wine listings of the major national and international guarantees of origin.
In addition, it is important to mention that the restaurant offers its clients the possibility to adapt menus for clients with some type of food intolerance such as gluten or vegetarians, as well as personalized diets for losing weight such as the á la carte diet.
