In unserem Spa-Hotel in Marbella heißen wir Sie und Ihr Haustier herzlich willkommen. Wir wissen, dass Haustiere für Familien sehr wichtig sind und dass es oft sehr schwierig ist, mit ihnen zu verreisen.

Machen Sie sich keine Sorgen um Ihren Hund in der Heimat, sondern planen Sie Ihren Urlaub zusammen mit Ihrem Haustier im Los Monteros Spa & Golf Resort.

PETS WELCOME POLICY HOTEL LOS MONTEROS SPA & GOLF RESORT 5*GL

Please read the information below where you will find some rules and regulations for our pets welcome policy to have in mind during your stay with us:

  • The Hotel has the right to accommodate guest with dogs on rooms without a carpet.
  • Only dogs up to maximum 10 kg. are allowed in the hotel.
  • Dogs in transit are to be carried, restrained by a leash, or placed in an animal carrier.
  • People who walk dogs are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their animals and discarding securely bagged pet droppings in the designated areas only.
  • We remind you that we will not be able to clean the room while your dog is inside. Please, let us know when you leave the room in order to clean it.
  • Dogs are not allowed to stay at the common areas of the hotel such as Front Desk, Pool area, Bar and Restaurant.
  • We kindly request you not to let your pets lay on the bed and sofa.
  • The dog’s owner has the duty to keep the animal in hygienic and safety conditions.
  • We kindly ask you to leave a phone number at the Front Desk if your dog is going to be alone in the room, in case we need to contact you for possible inconveniences to other guests.
