The “Q” mark of Tourist Quality is the mark that represents quality in the Spanish tourist industry.

Being awarded a “Q” mark brings PRESTIGE, DIFFERENTIATION, RELIABILITY, RIGOUR AND PROMOTION to the tourist establishments which boast them, a mark awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Tourism and the Autonomous Communities.

Who awards the “Q” mark of Tourist Quality?

The Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality.

The Spanish Institute of Tourist Quality (ICTE) is a Quality System Certification Entity created especially for tourist companies and made up by Spain’s most important tourist associations: SET, CCAA and FEMP.

It is a private and independent Spanish non-profit agency with national recognition in charge of certifying, administering and guaranteeing the correct use of the “Q” brand.
